Thermodynamic studies of Asup(III) Bsup(V) compounds

Description
For investigations of the thermodynamic consistence of the Krupkowski and the Brebrick models and of the QCE-approximation experimental data of the solid-liquid and liquid-vapour equilibria of the system In-As were used. The Krupkowski and the Brebrick models are thought to be thermodynamically consistent. Because it is less complex, the Krupkowski model should be used in favour. (author)
