The influence of sulphur on the cerium dioxide electrical properties
Description
Investigated are the electrical properties of sintered compacts of the cerium dioxide doped with sulphur. The comparison of the theoretical calculations of free electron concentration in the oxide with the experimental results has permitted the predominant type of ion defects to be determined. The acceptor role of sulphur (as the addition in CeO2) is found
