Studies of the phytoplankton structure - functional characteristics of the water bodies: Kyiv reservoir, water coolant body of the Chernobyl NPP, lake Glyboke, which differ by the level of the radioactive contamination have been carried out. It was established that the role of the phytoplankton in radionuclides migration at aquatic ecosystems after Chernobyl NPP accident had increased
