One-particle matrix elements of radiative M2-transitions of odd deformed nuclei

Description

The results of the calculations of the matrix elements of M2 transitions in deformed odd nuclei are presented. The Nilsson model for the quadrupole magnetic transitions in deformed nuclei with odd proton is used. The matrix elements calculated for the deformation parameters β=0.2, 0.3, for the shells with N=4,5,6 and k=Ksub(i)-Ksub(f)=0,+-1,+-2 are presented. The algebraic formulae for the Klebsch-Gordan coefficients are given. All the results are given in the tabulated form. As an example of practical application of the results obtained the 476 keV M2 transition 5/2,5/2+[402]→9/2,9/2- [514] in 181Ta is considered
