West German federal regulations and guidelines for light water power reactors

Description

Following earlier reports on United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations for light water reactors, details are given of current West German regulations and guidelines for light water reactors. Implementation aspects of these requirements are discussed, and detailed comparisons are made with respect to relevant USNRC design objectives. (author)
