[Automatisch extrahiert und übersetzt] Den Schwerpunkt der in diesem Bericht beschriebenen Untersuchungen bildeten die Sorptionsexperimente, die sich mit der Frage beschäftigten, welche Auswirkungen eine ausfließende HAW (high activity waste)-Lösung auf das Sorptionsverhalten des Bodens hat. Hintergrund dieser Untersuchungen ist die hypothetische Annahme eines Versagens einer mit HAW-Lösung gefüllten Tankanlage in einer Wiederaufarbeitungsanlage mit Einsickern eines Teiles dieser Lösung in den oberen Grundwasserleiter. Zur Beurteilung dieser Fragestellung wurden umfangreiche Sorptionsuntersuchungen mit einer mit Radionukliden als Tracer versetzten, künstlichen HAW-Lösung an Gorlebenbodenproben durchgeführt.
