First results on image processing from the ''Mirabelle'' bubble chamber on the HPD automatic devices in K+p experiment at 32 GeV/c
Description
First results on using a processing system with HPD obtained is measuring the films from the ''Mirabelle'' bubble chamber in K+p experiment at 32 GeV/c are presented. The peculiarities of using the HPD when measuring the images from large bubble chambers are analyzed and the system is compared with the manual measuring devices. From the HPD information an estimation of the accuracy in measuring particle parameters, effective mass resolution, unbalances of 4-momenta and ratio of the number of channels ambigously and unambigously identified in kinematic analysis of the reactions has been obtained
