P-T-x phase diagram of CdSe-GeSe2
Description
The purpose of the study is Psub(gen) - T - x projection ploting of CdSe - GeSe2 system phase diagram. Samples in the CdSe - GeSe2 system are obtained by CdSe and GeSe2 mixtures alloyage, annealing has been performed at 650 deg C during 720 h. On the basis of tensimetric data as well as DTA, RPA, chemical analysis Psub(gen) - T, Psub(gen) - x, T - x, Psub(gen) - T - x prjections of CdSe - GeS2 system phase diagrams are plotted
