The transmutation doped germanium compensation ratio K dependence on the neutron spectrum hardness γ experimentally found and magnetude of this compensation ratio was shown to vary between two extreme values Ko(γ→0=0.23+0.04 and Kp(γ→∞)=0.58+0.04
