Description
Within the framework of an extended vector-dominance scheme, the various radiative processes of UPSILON and UPSILON' are studied. The rates turn out to be generally much smaller than those of the corresponding psi decays and in some cases too small for direct observation. The off-shell UPSILON-γ and UPSILON'-γ coupling constants are found to be suppressed by about a couple of orders of magnitude compared with their on-shell values
