The proceedings of the title conference are divided into four volumes. This volume contains the papers of sessions 5, 6 and 7. The subjects of sessions 5, 6 and 7 are 'Decommissioning and Nuclear Fuel Cycle', 'Nuclear Codes and Standards' and 'Institutional and Other Issues', respectively.
