A new method for detection of radioimmunoassays
Creators
- 1. Carnegie Institution of Washington, Baltimore, MD (USA). Dept. of Embryology
Description
The authors have developed a simple method of measuring radioactivity by collimation of the gamma rays from 125I and film detection with an intensifying screen. This technique avoids tedious cutting of wells for scintillation counting and the potential errors associated with handling the wells individually. (Auth.)
