Description
The diffractive ep scattering cross section is calculated based on the pomeron structure function FP2, whose QCD evolution we investigate based on perturbative QCD. A large gluon content and small size of the pomeron leads to a strong non-linear QCD effect visible in the Q2-evolution as described by the Gribov-Levon-Ryskin equation. This effect is predicted to be large and observable at HERA. (orig.)
