Effect of pH on uptake of Ba2+ and Sr2+ ions on inorganic ion exchangers : radiotracer study
Description
Adsorption of Ba2+ and Sr2+ ions on synthesised and characterised (IR and XRD) sodium titanate has been studied as a function of pH. The uptake process appears to be fast in the beginning and reaches to an apparent saturation value in ca. 30 min and it increases with the increase in pH value. (author). 6 refs., 2 tabs
