Specific features and possibilities of thermochemical treatment of cell structure molybdenum alloys
Description
A method of special chemicothermal heat treatment (CTT) of parts from low alloys of Mo with Zr with an initial cell structure is proposed. CTT increases low-temperature plasticity by homogenization of interstitial impurities and the excess phase. To select the optimum CTT regime solutions are used of the heat conductance theory with diffusion-kinetic interpretation of the thermal criteria and boundary conditions. The experiments have been conducted at the site of the alloy Mo + 0.08Zr + 0.02C. The electron-microscopic and autoradiographic methods are used to investigate the structure, microhardness, and distribution of carbon (14C) throughout the depth of the specimen at different stages of CTT
