Reducing CO2 emissions: what a task

Description
After the July column on the energy transition, here is another major project for the new government: lowering carbon dioxide emissions. The Law for Energy Transition and Green Growth (LTECV) and the November 2015 decree on the national low-carbon strategy (SNBC) not only provide that 32% of the energy consumed will be renewable in 2030, but also that greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions will be reduced by 40% compared to 1990 levels
