Shape change in 80Kr
- 1. Dept. of Nuclear and Atomic Physics, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai (India)
Description
The ground state of krypton isotopes exhibit wide variety of shapes as a function of neutron number. Recent lifetime measurements in 76Kr and 78Kr indicate change in shape in these nuclei at high spin. These studies have been further extended through a measurement of lifetimes of high spin states in 80Kr
