Studies of triiodide equilibrium in aqueous solution by the horizontal electromigration method

Description
Using the electromigration method in free electrolyte solution for characterisation of the polyiodide equilibrium the influence of isotope exchange on the electromigration behaviour was studied. A special electromigration equation was derived. Based on a theoretical statement electromigration experimental errors were calculated which are in good agreement with the observed errors. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
Um Aussagen ueber den Einfluss des Isotopenaustausches auf den Verlauf der Elektromigrationskurve zu erhalten, wurde das Polyiodidgleichgewicht mit der Elektromigrationsmethode in traegerfreier Elektrolytloesung untersucht. Fuer die Auswertung der Experimente wurde eine spezielle Elektromigrationsgleichung abgeleitet. Mit Hilfe eines theoretischen Ansatzes konnten Messfehler fuer Elektromigrationsexperimente berechnet werden, die den beobachteten Schwankungen der Messwerte entsprechen. (orig.)Additional details
