This document contains the text of the complete description of the conceptual system design of the Nuclear Waste Repository in Basalt, as executed by the joint venture of Raymond Kaiser Engineers Inc./Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade ampersand Douglas, Inc., under technical direction of Rockwell Hanford Operations. The document incorporates peer review comments and is dated May 1983.
