Description
The Decree defines the concept of ''nuclear facility'' and specifies requirements to be met by preliminary safety reports appended to applications for territorial decisions. The Decree also stipulates that the issuing of construction and operating licenses for civil engineering structures which involve nuclear facilities is subject to approval by the Czechoslovak Atomic Energy Commission. The Decree entered into force on 1 October 1976. (J.B.)
