Description
Classification of ceramic composits (CC), the main principles of initial component selection for CC, ensuring the sintering of powders with different sintering temperatures are presented. CC obtained by the directed crystallization of eutectic melts are specially singled out. Certain typical state diagrams of metal-oxide, metal-carbide, metal-boride systems are presented. The main data on ceramic material reinforcing with tread-like crystals, wires and polycrystal fibres are given
