Restoration of the emission time-resolved energy spectra of ions from a laser-discharge source by means of an electrodynamic mass-analyzer

Description

An efficient technique of emission time-resolved restoration of energy spectra of ions from a laser-discharge source during a single charge pulse is developed. The technique is based on the application of an electrodynamic mass-analyser and enables optimization of the parameters of the analyzer of short-lived uneasily-ionised isotopes
