Description
The third phase formation of neodymium(III) in the unsymmetrical diglycolamide, diethylhexyl-di-octyl-diglycolamide (DEHDODGA), was studied at 288-313 K. The effect of various parameters such as the aqueous phase acidity, temperature, phase modifier and concentration of the extractant on third phase formation of Nd(III) in a solution of DEHDODGA in n-DD was studied. The results are reported in this paper. (author)
