NQR spectral parameters evaluation from nutation spectra of powders

Description
Analytical expression I (ω) is obtained for normalized function of the NQR idealized nutation line form of powder-like sample for the I = 3/2 spins. Initial moments < ωn > of the powder nutation spectrum in form of functions from the tensor asymmetry parameter are calculated. Method for determination of spectral parameters from exponentially measured values <ω>, < <ω2>, < <ω4> and ω1/2 of the powder NQR nutation spectrum is proposed
