Interaction of cubic boron nitride with gaseous phase of chromium iodides
Description
The interaction of cubic boron nitride with gaseous phase of chromium iodides was thermodynamically and experimentally analyzed. It is established that Cr2N and CrB mainly form in the chromium-iodine-CBN system under conditions of the process duration from 0.25 up to 1.5 hours in the temperature range of 900-1350 K and under total pressure of chromium iodides of 10 Pa
