COBEM 99: Proceedings of the 15. Brazilian congress on mechanical engineering

The Brazilian Congress on Mechanical Engineering is the main event promoted by the Brazilian Society of Mechanical Sciences and happens biannually. In the congress people involved in industrial, research and teaching activities are able to meet and discuss or present, in technical sessions and exhibitions, recent technological and scientific contributions to this area and related activities. The 15. edition of the COBEM, due to 99, took place in Aguas de Lindoia, Sao Paulo State.
