Starting from the Third annual report on the mechanism of release of energetic efficiency titles and considering the Decree Ministerial 21/12/2007, there is an analysis of the better aspects of the mechanism of release of energetic efficiency titles introduced from the norms regarding the previous annual relations. Particularly important is the role carried out from the Authority of the Electric Power and the Gas in the action of control and monitoring of the market. In this direction they have been formulated various deliberations. Analyzing the results obtained from the market of energetic efficiency titles in the course of 2007, it has been caught up 98% of the established objectives. In the course of the same year they have been cancelled many titles, as a result of verification activity. The obtained results refer to the geographic distribution, to the exchanged volumes and to the costs of the titles. At last some criticalities are placed in evidence that remain in the mechanism and that they can be resolved in order to improve the market.

Partendo dal Terzo rapporto annuale sul meccanismo di rilascio dei titoli ad efficienza energetica ed alla luce del Decreto Ministeriale 21/12/2007, vengono posti in evidenza gli aspetti migliorativi del meccanismo di rilascio dei titoli ad efficienza energetica introdotti dalle normative rispetto alle precedenti relazioni annuali. Particolarmente rilevante e il ruolo svolto dall'Autorita dell'Energia Elettrica ed il Gas nell'azione di controllo e monitoraggio del mercato. In questa direzione sono state formulate diverse delibere. Analizzando i risultati ottenuti dal mercato dei titoli di efficienza energetica nel corso del 2007, si rileva che e stato raggiunto il 98% degli obiettivi stabiliti. Nel corso dello stesso anno sono stati annullati molti titoli, a seguito di attivita di verifica. I risultati ottenuti si riferiscono alla distribuzione geografica, ai volumi scambiati ed ai costi dei titoli. Infine si pongono in evidenza alcune criticita che rimangono nel meccanismo e che possono essere risolte per migliorare il mercato.Additional details
