Description
The Beijing Spectrometer Ⅲ (BESⅢ) is a general-purpose detector at Beijing Electron Positron Collider Ⅱ (BEPCⅡ) for the experimental τ-charm physics study. It mainly introduces the BESⅢ MDC Event Reconstruction System, including calculation of Event Start Time, charged track finding and fitting, offline calibration, reconstruction and calibration of dE/dx. The paper describes the principles and functions of every sub-system and shows the performance of MDC data. (authors)
