Peculiarities pf clinical X-ray appearances and course of coniotuberculosis in miners

The clinico-roentgenological course of different combinations of the main types of pneumoconiosis and tuberculosis of lungs depending on the type and stage of pneumoconiosis, roentgenomorphological type of fibrosis, tuberculosis forms and phases as well as on the type of specialized employment and treatment is studied on the basis of results of initial and repeated (10 years later) examination of 250 miners with coniotuberculosis. Irrational specialized employment is the most important factor contributing to coniotuberculosis development. 8 refs.; 1 tab
