On the interaction in the InTe-In2Se3 system

Description
Interactions in the InTe-In2Se3 system were investigated, 18 alloys were manufactured for systematic investigation of the InTe-In2Se3 section of the triple In-Se-Te system. The ingots obtained were subjected to homogenizing annealing in a vacuum at a temperature of 430-450 deg C for 200 hr. After synthesis and annealing the alloys had the form of dense ingots. An analysis shows that the InTe-In2Se3 system undergoes a complex chemical reaction and yields organic solid solutions based on both initial components
