Surface thermostimulated radiative phenomena in niobate and tantalate crystals

Description
The temperature dependences of the surface photoluminescence (SPL) have been studied within 80-300 K. It is shown that two SPL lines correspond to different channels of radiative recombination, and the energy spectrum of the SPL thermostimulation is sensitive to chemical transformations occurring on the surface
