The rational use of urographic techniques and their variations are explained with respective hints to the principles of pharmacologic kinetics. In choosing contrast media the sodium containing commercial preparations yield better ureographic results. (orig.)

Unter Hinweis auf die pharmakokinetischen Grundlagen wird der rationelle Einsatz urographischer Verfahren und ihrer Variationen erlaeutert. Bei der Kontrastmittelwahl fuehren die natriumsalzhaltigen Handelspraeparate zu besseren urographischen Resultaten. (orig.)
