Description

To explain unusual temperature dependence of the Raman-active Ag-vibration with frequeny of about 335 cm-1, a supposition of the mutually correlated location and movement of holes in superconducting phase of YBa2Cu3O7 was made. It is shown that in this case the frequency of the vibration decreases by 3-6 cm-1, while other Ag-modes remain constant or increase, in agreement with the experiment. (orig.)
