What the expert assessment of the Temelin nuclear power plant tells us two years later

Creators

Description

The seasonableness of completion of the Temelin nuclear power plant is discussed with emphasis on the economic aspect. There are two major factors that detract from the economic value of the plant: limited electricity consumption and the time factor. It is concluded that discontinuing construction of the plant in 1992 would have been the most economical option. (P.A.)
