Investigations on the purification of contaminated waters of the mineral processing plant Crossen of the former SDAG Wismut

Laboratory tests have been carried out with the aim to find suitable processing components by means of which the waters can be processed in a way that they may induced into the receiving water keeping to the legel regulations. For the sanitation of abandoned polluted areas on the location of the mineral processing plant Crosses of the former SDAG Wismut, today: Wismut GmbH, belongs the purification of surplus water and leakage water of the industrial process plant contaminated by toxic and radioactive contents. Proposals for purification methods in pilot and technical plants are provided considering the reduction of U/Ra and As contamination as well as the solid matter amount in general. Abstract (German)

Zur Sanierung der Altlasten am Standort des Aufbereitungsbetriebes Crossen der ehemaligen SDAG Wismut, heute: Wismut GmbH im Aufbau, gehoert u.a. die Reinigung des durch toxische und radioaktive Inhaltsstoffe kontaminierten Frei-und Sickerwassers der industriellen Absetzanlage. Es wurden Laborversuche mit dem Ziel durchgefuehrt, geeignete Verfahrenskomponenten zu ermitteln, mit denen diese Waesser so aufbereitet werden koennen, dass sie unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften in den Vorfluter eingeleitet werden duerfen. Es werden Vorschlaege zu Reinigungsverfahren in Pilot- und technischen Anlagen unter Beruecksichtigung der Reduzierung der U/Ra- und As-Kontamination sowie der Feststoffmenge allgemein unterbreitet.
