Energies of hydrogen and helium like ions for Z's from 6 to 54
Description
The energies and wavelengths for the 1s-np E1 transitions from the ground state are presented for hydrogen and helium like ions for Z's from 6 to 54 and for n up to 7. The transition energies for the hydrogen-like ions are obtained as the eigenvalues of the Dirac equation for a Coulomb potential including a finite nuclear size and corrected by interpolated values for the radiative corrections. Relativistic Hartree-Fock calculations are used to extend the accurate low Z calculations for helium-like ions into the higher Z region. (U.S.)
