A generalized Kerr-Schild solution of Einstein's equations
Description
Abstract A very general exact solution of Einstein's equation R ik = σξ i ξ k , is given in terms of the Kerr-Schild metric, g ik = η ij + Hξ i ξ k , where ξ i is a shearfree geodetic null congruence. The Kerr-Schild solution for R ik = 0 is derived as a particular case.
