Description
The estimates for the Drell-Yan pairs, W± and Z0 acceptances and event rates in the STAR and PHENIX detectors at RHIC are presented. The background to W± in STAR evaluated. The results were obtained by Monte-Carlo simulations with the PYTHIA/JETSET and GEANT programs. copyright 1995 American Institute of Physics
