Some aspects of identical particles interaction in field attracting or repulsing potential

Description

In the given work time characteristics of passage by identical particles of quantum rectangular potential hole area in view of their exchange interaction is lead. The case when identical particles move synchronously towards each other and simultaneously get on borders of hole area is examined. For slow particles the section of elastic dispersion does not depend on a corner of dispersion. It allows to consider a task about passage of particles through area of a quantum hole as a limiting case of dispersion at aspiration of dispersion corner to zero. Calculations of change of passage time depending on energy of particles are executed for particles with mass of electron. Width of a hole: a =10-10 cm; potential of hole U=10-8 erg. Spin interactions were not taken into account. Energy of particles got out in an interval [0.01-10] .10-9 erg. The accounting curves find out the tendency of monotonous approach to zero at increase of energy of particles. For all researched interval energies the size of a delay is positive. It means that interaction of particles in the field of a rectangular quantum hole potential leads to increase in time of passage by particles (boson) to this area. The delay at time of the passing of a quantum hole for not identical particles is caused by reflections. Probably, exactly these reflections as well as exchange interaction promote tangling of identical particles states. In area of overlapping of identical particles wave functions these particles behave as a unit, i.e. are in a superposition state. Therefore it is necessary to expect, that after particles will scatter, they will continue to be in entangling state. Possible consequence of tangling or, on the contrary, destructions of coherence can be change of particles energy after interaction that is revealed earlier at tunneling identical particles through a potential barrier.
