Description
The authors have made a ionization chamber, it works out questions about gases absorb is not 100%. Authors have obtained using light time of National Synchrotron light source (NSLS) at BNL, During experiment, the authors have studied the ionization chamber's performance, and have obtained working type of the ionization chamber. Authors have Set up a soft X-ray absolute intensity measurement system, it's accuracy is 10.5%, the experimental result in accordance with International Standard over 20% range
