The behavior of the short-circuited alkali metal-organic semiconductor systems

Description
Investigations are conducted on behavior of electrochemical systems arranged by the way of immediate contact of anode-alkali metal (Li or Li-Al-alloy) and cathode-organic semiconductor, selected from a number of phenothiazine, thiopyran and benzofulvalene derivatives. It is established that in the contact a transition layer-electron dielectric is formed. It provides the stable value of e.m.f. and performs the functions of unipolar conductor with the respect to Li+ ions in electric field. (author)
