Piezoelectric ceramic material
Description
Piezoceramic material including PbO, ZrO2, TiO2, CaO, BaO, SrO and Bi2O3 is suggested. To improve the temperature stability of d33 piezomodulus on retention of its high value it also contains GeO2 additions. The above composition of the material provides piezoelement functioning in piezoconverters in the temperature range from -60 to +300 deg C
