Nonlinear optic analysis of segnetoelectric phases of A2LnTiNb(Ta)O7 with lamellar perovskit-like structure

Description
On the basis of data on the second harmonics signal generation values of spontaneous polarization and Curie point for ferroelectric phases of SrLnTiTaO7 (Ln - La,Pr,Nd) - and A2LnTiNbO7 (A2 - Ca,Sr) - type quaternary oxides with laminated perovskite-like structure are evaluated. Phase transitions in A2LnTiNb(Ta)O7 correspond to the first type transitions, the Curie points for the phases SrLnTiTaO7 increase in La - Nd series, and their values (1100-1120 deg C) are somewhat lower than Curie point for La2Ti2O7 (1500 deg C)
