Photopolarization of MI3 monocrystals

Description
The basic characteristics of photopolarization of single crystals of BiI3, SbI and AsI3 in the visible and near infrared regions of the spectrum have been studied, and the parameters of the local centers participating in the PEC charge storage have been determined. The mechanism of p-n transition during photopolarization is considered, as well its relation to the local centers in crystals of the BiI3 type
