Description

Mainly based on graphs and figures, this document outlines the delay of France with respect to its energy and climate commitments, that the PPE is the last opportunity to reach carbon neutrality by 2051, defines an objective of 54 pc of heat produced from renewable and recovery energies by 2030, states that heat networks will provide 10 pc of heat needs in 2030. It indicates measures to mobilise resources of renewable and recovery heat, to accelerate the deployment of renewable and recovery heat, and to act in favour of the attractiveness of renewable and recovery heat. It finally outlines the crucial role of the growing Heat Fund
