Quenching application in the liquid scintillation measurement: Pt. 2

Description
Measuring the chlorophyll concentration in wheat leaves with H number is a new rapid and accurate method and operation with radioactive tracer is avoided. The results from this method were significantly related with those from routine colorimetric analysis (r = 0.899) and no significant differences between these two methods were found (p > 0.05 for test)
