Tendency of welded joints of Cr-Mo-V- and Cr-Ni-Mo-V-steels to cracking during repeated heating
Description
Effect of heat temperature during welding on tendency to brittleness of welded joints of 15Kh2MFA and 15Kh2NMFA steels during reheating, which corresponds to heat treatment of steel constructions, is studied. Increase of resistance against cracking during reheating and high temperature of heating in welding is established for welded joints of 15Kh2MFA steel. Welding of 15Kh2NMFA steel is to be carried out with heating up to relatively low temperatures (150-200 deg C), because tendency of joints to cracking during reheating increases with temperature increase upto 300-350 deg C
