Piping information management system for nuclear plant (PIMAS)

Description

The PIMAS which was developed exclusively for use in nuclear plants, consists of a computerized piping drafting system and an information management system in design, manufacturing and production control departments. The system has already been implemented in routine works. In this paper, its basic concept is presented and some problems in its application are discussed. Some examples of computer generated drawings and lists are also presented. (auth.)
