Photosensitive dislocation-induced ultrasound absorption in A2B6 compounds
Creators
Description
Influence of white light illumination on dislocation internal friction in CdS, CdSe and ZnSe compounds is studied. Surplus of dislocations in the illumination basis plane resulted in decreasing absorption and increasing module elasticity defect. Reverse effect was observed by dislocation excess in prismatic planes. The effect sign can be altered by temperature change, as well as by sample plastic deformation
