Introduction to nuclear reactor technology
Description
An introduction to reactor technology is given with emphasis on reactor physics. The technological aspects are touched upon in various places and treated more thorougly in one specific case, that of the reactor pressure vessel. Extensive remarks concerning the present discussion on nuclear energy aim at placing the material presented in a more general and societal context. (orig.)

Die vorliegende Arbeit fuehrt in die Reaktortechnik ein. Dabei liegt der Schwerpunkt im reaktorphysikalischen Bereich; technische Aspekte werden jedoch an vielen Stellen angerissen und nicht zuletzt an einem Beispiel, dem Reaktordruckbehaelter, etwas tiefergehend behandelt. Ausfuehrliche Bemerkungen zur aktuellen Kernenergiediskussion haben zum Ziel, den dargebotenen Stoff in einen allgemeineren, gesellschaftsbezogenen Zusammenhang zu stellen. (orig.)Additional details
